Since 2007, the Cowboys have been ranked in the top 10 in the NFL preseason rankings and they have finished 13-3, 9-7, and 11-5, respectively, and in those 3 years they have won only 1 playoff game. The Dallas Cowboys have had the most talent on their roster through those years but it seems like they are too busy reading their newspaper clippings and not enough time working on their offense. From Wade Phillips' soft coaching approach to Jason "Red Jesus" Garrett's horrible play calling, it seems like they cant get it together. This year they were ranked as high as #4 and they have started the year 0-2. Since 1978 only 26teams that started the season 0-2 made the playoffs. Only 3 went on to win the Superbowl. The good news is that one of those teams was the 1993 Dallas Cowboys, however this aint your daddy's cowboys. What we know so far is that so far the Texans, Bears, Panthers, Raiders, Seahawks, Chiefs, Buccaneers, Browns, Bills, Lions, and even the god awful Rams have more offensive points than the Cowboys do. So although there still is a slim chance of them making playoffs and making it to the big game, keep in mind that no team has ever hosted the Superbowl in their home stadium.
